Director Statement

I am a believer in writing what you know. When I first moved to Shreveport a friend started working with me as my personal trainer; one of the first things he suggested was a bone broth fast. To say it was hard would be an understatement. Though I did not lose my grasp on sanity, it was extremely hard and I found myself at odds with myself. I have since learned that I am better suited for intermittent fasting, but the idea stayed with me until I was ready to bring this exaggerated story and characters to life!
