The documentary "Farmers" is a sincere, inspiring stories of heroes who managed to change their lives dramatically. Now their "workplaces" are not offices and meeting rooms, but spacious fields and small stables, a chamber cheese factory and a family restaurant. Their every day is filled with communication with nature and endless inspiration from the fact that their life's work is at arm's length.
But agriculture is not only about fresh air and endless expanses. This is an industry in which fresh minds and new talents are needed more than ever; new, sometimes unique, modern technologies are used here every day, and work is in full swing to create a high-quality and useful product, which eventually ends up on our table.
The consumer is "ripe" for natural and delicious products that are firmly entrenched on store shelves in the developed world. And where else is there so much clean land and people who love to work on it, if not in Russia?

Tatiana Tretiakova:
Tatiana Tretiakova was born and works in Yekaterinburg, has 4 higher educations, a basic engineer-physicist in the field of medicine and biology. His first film work was awarded the international QS Apple Creative Awards for the best short film. She has created 35 documentaries as a director and co-producer, and is a producer of several feature films. 33 years old.

Mikhail Churbanov:
Mikhail Churbanov was born in Yekaterinburg on September 25, 1970. He graduated from high school with a silver medal. The first specialty at the university (URFU / UPI) is "Management of unmanned aerial objects". He graduated from UPI with a degree in "engineer-economist". Then - an MBA degree, studying at the Faculty of Psychology of St. Petersburg State University – defended his thesis on the topic "From the unconscious director to the unconscious viewer". He completed 3 refresher courses in Robert McKee's screenwriting. Director of 20 documentary projects, producer of more than 50 social videos, co-producer of 87 documentaries and TV series. Co-producer of 22 feature film projects: Admiral, Buran, Gold, Huntsman, Let me Kiss You, In Love and Unarmed, House of the Sun and others. Since 2010 - producer and initiator of projects on youth development and patriotic education: Educational program "Motivating digital lessons" based on motivating films; Festival of cinema and Internet content "Heroes of a big country", Festival of cinema and Internet projects "Man of Labor", Forum of Cinema and creative Economy "Kinohakaton". Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia.
