Fallout

Two sisters have been confined in an underground bunker since early childhood by their extremist Father, believing the outside world is apocalyptic. Their lives take a turn when the younger sister uncovers a secret that spirals them into a ‘fallout’ of sisterly bonds, religious ideals and their perceived reality.

Director Statement

A homage to films and TV shows such as 10 Cloverfield Lane, Room and The Handmaids Tale, 'Fallout' is a short story following the isolation of two sisters, their enduring of parental abuse and religious hypocrisy that ends with a shocking twist that has left audiences staggered while curious. Screenings thus far have the crew answering questions for the half-hour proceeding the film's cut to black.
