Fallon's Friend

The mind REALLY does plays tricks on you.

Fallon, a young girl with a troubled life, and a long list of bullies, has always wanted a friend. One day, she meets Magin, and they instantly before friends. When Magin sees her newfound friend get bullied, she tries to persuade her to get revenge on not just one of her bullies, but all of them. While working on getting back at one of her bullies, Fallon discovers something about her friend. Which shocks her. How could her newfound friend have been imaginary the whole time? This causes her to think and decided on what her next move is in regarding her bullies.

Director Biography - Belicia Sutton

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Belicia grew up with a love for writing, editing, photography, filmmaking, and dancing. Anything that allowed her to express herself creatively, she loved. Though life threw many obstacles at her she never gave up on her dreams. She’s currently, a full-time student at Chattahoochee Tech, set to graduate December of 2024. Throughout her time at Chatt Tech, she has gained lots of experience. Even had the opportunity to create two short films. With “Fallon’s Friend” being one of them. Her road doesn’t just end after graduation. It’s only the beginning of her beautiful journey. She plans on moving forward in life and continuing to grow more as a filmmaker. In hopes to someday create her own movie and shoot videos for some of her favorite artists.

Director Statement

Growing up, I was someone who was a victim to bullying. Even though I never got back at any of them, I’ve always thought about what would’ve happened if I did. So, when creating this film, I took those thoughts and created a story out of them. I’m also someone who likes films with a little bit of mystery, suspense, and a twist. So, another thing I decided to incorporate into my creation is none other than a little twist of my own.
