Faire Life (WICF Submission)
Faire Life is a sitcom, inspired by true events, that follows the daily lives of the owners, employees and vendors who run an annual Renaissance Faire. The show follows sisters Lex and Raina, who have taken over ownership of Royal Village, the business that their father created over 30 years ago. Royal Village boasts one of the largest festival grounds in the country and is host to a number of attractions, with the employees and vendors being just as entertaining. The show begins at the start of another season, as vendors and seasonal workers return to the property and give us a glimpse at the life of the village inside the village as we explore how the group lives and works together, and all of the hijinks and hilarity that the unique environment creates. At its core, Faire Life is a combines the story of new age carnies, a workplace comedy, and a highly dysfunctional family...and that's before the wacky guests arrive!
