Le Festival International du Film d'Environnement FReDD #13 se déroulera du 25 septembre au 1er octobre 2023 à Toulouse et en Occitanie et proposera, comme chaque année, une sélection de créations filmiques originales, bouleversantes et intelligentes en lien avec la transition écologique.
Dans ce cadre, nous organisons des projections, le plus souvent en présence des réalisateur·rices, dans la quarantaine de salles partenaires à Toulouse et en Région Occitanie.
Des prix seront par ailleurs remis dans cinq catégories différentes:
- Grand Prix International FReDD
- Prix du Film "Une Heure" (52 min)
- Prix du Film de Science
- Prix du Court Métrage
- Prix film jeune public
Notre festival représente la France au sein du Green Film Network (GFN), un réseau de plus de 40 festivals de films d'environnement dans le monde. Le Festival International du Film FReDD est l'un des principaux festivals en France traitant du cinéma et du développement durable.

The International Environmental Film Festival FReDD #13 will take place from September 25th to October 1st 2023 in Toulouse and Occitanie and will propose, as every year, a selection of original, moving and intelligent film creations related to the ecological transition.
Within this framework, we will organize screenings, most often in the presence of the directors, in the forty or so partner theaters in Toulouse and the Occitanie region.
We give prices in five categories:
- FReDD International Grand Prize
- One Hour Film Award (52 min)
- Science Film Award
- Short Film Award
- Young Audience Film Award
Our festival represents France within the Green Film Network (GFN), a network of more than 40 green film festivals worldwide. The FReDD International Film Festival is one of the main festivals in France dealing with cinema and sustainable development.
To participate, submit your films and audiovisual formats before April 31, 2023.
