FROM FANTASY

I'm Alex Wang, I am an international film student who just graduated last year. I have full of passion and wild ideas for cars and motor sports since I was a child. I started practicing racing and building my own race car in 2018. Car culture has always been a part of my life. I always wanted to present my love and emotions for cars in the form of stories and film, so I started trying in 2018 to learn and make car videos, and in 2019 I got scholarship to join the film school to start study film production. This film was shot last summer, and is my last graduation film. and I has two of my former classmates to work together. The idea for this film came from reality, I made a student documentary in 2019 about my friend (Denny)'s dream car, but sadly he lost that car last year, he would love to have a new car that can let him get back his former passion and love, so I made this film for his new dream car. It came from an impromptu idea, I am a person who if I has an idea and I wants to turn it into reality right the way, so I did all the pre-production including the script in four days, shot for two days, and finally finished the film.
