BASES Largometraje o Documental
1. ­El ámbito del concurso es internacional. Podrán presentarse participantes con obras de cualquier país del mundo realizadas a partir del 1 de Enero de 2015.
2. ­Cada participante podrá presentar un número de obras ilimitado, las obras no excederán en ningún caso un metraje de 180 minutos incluyendo títulos y créditos.
3. ­Se podrán presentar obras realizadas en cualquier idioma. Las obras presentadas en español deberán estar subtituladas en inglés, así como las de CUALQUIER lengua extranjera, deberán estar subtituladas al español.
4. ­El plazo de inscripción de las obras comenzará el 1 de abril de 2016, y finalizará el 1 de Septiembre de 2016, ambos inclusive.
5. ­La inscripción se validará exclusivamente a través de las plataformas Moviebeta y FilmFreeway.
6. ­Un comité designado por la organización del festival seleccionará un máximo de 4 obras que se considerarán finalistas y optarán a los premios previstos. Las decisiones del comité de selección serán inapelables.
7. ­Se establecen los siguientes formatos de proyección para la copia final: DVD PAL, BluRay Disc, archivo .Mov de alta calidad o ProRess 422 HQ. Los finalistas se comprometen a entregar la copia final de proyección teniendo como fecha límite el 1 de Octubre de 2016 hasta las 13:00h. Los gastos de envío correrán a cargo de los participantes.
8. ­La organización no se hace responsable de los accidentes o deterioro que puedan sufrir las obras hasta su llegada a las instalaciones. El Festival no devolverá ninguna copia de proyección exceptuando discos duros, en tal caso la organización correrá con los gastos de la devolución que se realizará en los 15 días hábiles después de concluido el Festival.
9. ­Todas las obras recibidas pasarán a formar parte del archivo del Festival.
10. ­Los productores y o directores de las obras autorizan, por el hecho de inscribirse, todas las acciones promocionales del Festival que supongan la exhibición, proyección parcial NO COMERCIAL, de sus trabajos presentados a concurso para su difusión en eventos promocionales del festival y cualquier medio de comunicación antes o después de haber emitido su fallo el jurado, así como en los centros y circuitos culturales del ámbito NACIONAL.
11. ­Las obras seleccionadas serán proyectadas públicamente durante los días de celebración del Festival, de acuerdo con el calendario elaborado por la organización.
12. ­La presentación de la obra en los plazos fijados supone la aceptación de estas bases.
13.­ Todas las inscripciones deberán formalizarse a través de las plataforma FilmFreeway, previo pago de las cuotas de inscripción establecidas por la organización.
JURADO
1. ­El jurado estará compuesto por diferentes personalidades del ámbito cinematográfico y artístico, seleccionado por la organización del festival durante los días previos al comienzo del mismo. Las decisiones del jurado serán inapelables.
2. ­El jurado podrá declarar desierto alguno de los premios.

Rules & Regulations Feature Film or Documentary

1. The scope of the competition is international. An open competition with works of any country in the world produced from January 1st 2015 onwards.
2. Each participant may submit an unlimited number of works, the films submitted shall not exceed in any case, a length of 180 minutes including titles and credits.
3. Features may be presented in any language, the works presented in Spanish must be subtitled in English, and those which are presented in a foreign language must all be subtitled in Spanish.
4. The registration of works will begin april the 1st 2016, and end on September 1st, 2016, both dates inclusive.
5. Registration will be validated exclusively through the Moviebeta and FilmFreeway platforms.
6. A professional committee appointed by the festival organizers will select a maximum of 4 films to be considered as finalists and those will compete for the awards. The decisions of the Selection Committee are final.
7. The following projection formats for the final copy are accepted: PAL DVD, BluRay Disc, high quality .mov file or proress 422 HQ. The finalists are committed to deliver the final copy projection within the deadline of October 1st, 2016 until 13:00GMT. Shipping costs shall be borne by the participants.
8. The organization is not responsible for any accidents or damage that the works may suffer until their arrival at our facility HQ. The Festival will not return any projection copy except for hard drives, in which case the organization will bear the cost of returning to be held within 15 working days after the end of the Festival.
9. All entries received will become part of the film archive of the festival.
10. The producers authorize, by registering, all Festival promotional activities involving the display, partial screenings o projections of their work, partial projection of the features presented in competition for partial broadcast on festival and promotional events, media feeds or channels before, during and after the jury has rendered its judgment, including local, regional and national televisions.
11. The selected works will be screened publicly during the Festival days, according to a timetable established by the organization.
12. The presentation of the work within the time limits implies acceptance of these rules.
13. All entries must be formalized through FilmFreeway platform, paying the registration fee established.
JURY
1. The jury will be composed of 3 relevant personalities of the film industry and art world, selected by the festival organization during the days before the festival begins. The jury's decisions are final.
2. The jury may declare void any of the prizes.
