São admitidos para seleção todos os filmes concluídos após 1 de março de 2020, qualquer que seja o género, nas seguintes categorias e com a duração que deve obedecer aos seguintes critérios:
Longa-metragem ficção - mais de 60m;
Longa-metragem docu-ficção - mais de 60m;
Curta-metragem (ficção) - menos de 60m;
Cinema Infantil – 50m a 70m;
Escolas – qualquer duração
Video Clip – menos de 5m;
Só será válida a inscrição em uma categoria por filme, sendo que quem submete é livre de escolher a categoria de inscrição, reservando-se a organização o direito a proceder à sua alteração.
Embora não seja requerido o estatuto de estreia, será dada especial atenção aos filmes que tenham, no FICFF-FA 2020 21, ou pelo menos em Portugal, a sua primeira apresentação pública.
Não serão aceites a concurso filmes com divulgação publica nas redes sociais, são admitidas exceções para as secções “Escolas” e “Video-Clips”.
É da responsabilidade de quem submete o cumprimento pelos direitos de autor da obra apresentada.
A Conquistapanorama – Associação Cultural, enquanto entidade organizadora, poderá subsidiar as despesas do realizador, ou seu representante, durante a sua estadia na Figueira da Foz

All films completed after 1 Mars 2020, whatever their genre, in the following categories and with a duration which must comply with the following criteria, shall be admitted for selection:
Feature film fiction - more than 60m;

Only one category per film will be valid, and the submitter is free to choose the category of entry, with the organization reserving the right to change it.
Although premiere status is not required, special attention will be given to films that have their first public screening at FICFF-FA 20 21, or at least in Portugal.
Films with public dissemination on social networks will not be accepted in the competition, exceptions are allowed for the "Schools" and "Video-Clips" sections.
It is the responsibility of those who submit compliance with the copyright of the work presented.
The Conquistapanorama - Cultural Association, as the organizer, may subsidize the expenses of the director, or his representative, during his stay in Figueira da Foz.

Ficheiro .srt com as legendas em Português ou Inglês.

Those responsible for registration will be notified that their film(s) have been admitted to the Contest.

All those notified must send, under penalty of not being part of the finalists lot, the following material:
Film in digital format,
Photo(s) of the Director(s),
Film frame,
.srt file with the subtitles in Portuguese or English.
Student card, for the section "Schools".

Acordo geral de participação no FICFF-FA 20 21
Ao submeter o meu filme declaro que li e aceito os regras e condições gerais do FICFF-FA 20 21.
Estou disposto a fornecer ao festival todas as informações adicionais necessárias de acordo com estas regras e condições gerais. Autorizo a organização do FICFF-FA 20 21 a exibir o meu filme, e se selecionado, eu confirmo que uma cópia de exibição estará disponível em formato digital para exibição durante o FICFF-FA 20 21 até 15 de junho. Certifico que detenho todos os direitos necessários para a apresentação deste filme / vídeo para o FICFF-FA 20 21 e que todos os direitos e autorizações foram obtidos. Este filme não está sujeito a qualquer litígio, nem está ameaçado por qualquer litígio, assumindo todas as responsabilidades legais. Ao concordar com estes termos, transfiro para o FICFF-FA 20 21 o direito de usar trechos do filme inscrito e suas imagens, para fins de publicidade e marketing do Festival Internacional de Cinema da Figueira da Foz - Film Art 20 21, e para outros usos não comerciais relacionadas com a promoção da edição de 20 21, bem como a projeção do mesmo entre 3 e 13 de setembro 2021.

General agreement for participation in FICFF-FA 20 21
By submitting my film I declare that I have read and accept the general rules and conditions of FICFF-FA 20 21.
I am willing to provide the festival with all the necessary additional information according to these general rules and conditions. I authorize the organization of FICFF-FA 20 21 to exhibit my film, and if selected, I confirm that a screening copy will be available in digital format for exhibition during FICFF-FA 20 21 until June 15. I certify that I hold all rights necessary for the presentation of this film / video to FICFF-FA 20 21 and that all rights and authorizations have been obtained. This film is not subject to any litigation, nor is it threatened by any litigation, and assumes all legal responsibilities. By agreeing to these terms, I transfer to FICFF-FA 20 21 the right to use excerpts of the submitted film and its images, for advertising and marketing purposes of the Figueira da Foz International Film Festival - Film Art 20 21, and for other non-commercial uses related to the promotion of the 2020 edition, as well as the projection thereof between 3th and 13th of September 20 21.
