Evil Wizard Video. This video is made by women composers, film theater directors, the oaxacan regional women's band of the florid wind, the euro-mexican group snowapple, among other music.
In 2021, this group of artists came to record this video in the magical mountains of Tlahuitoltepec, Oaxaca. Together, through a mystical and musical journey, they joined the strings of art, feminism and collective creation.

Julia hollander is a dutch-born filmmaker and anthropologist. julia has worked in mexico and the netherlands as a cameraman with snowapple. she is the director of the evil wizard video. julia seeks to connect with what she loves, which is: cinema, music, anthropology, and she collaborates with other women artists. she also writes stories and poems, paints, plays the guitar, the piano and sings.
