Chris Dickerson is an award winning writer, director, editor and producer. He has directed various projects spanning from web series to short and feature films. Chris got his start writing and directing plays in high school and with a love for dialogue and a desire create films, he became a self taught filmmaker in college. Chris learned how to edit, compose shots and produce content through personal on set experience. After college Chris moved to Los Angeles, where he continued to pursue his passion for film by directing, writing and editing, several short films and a web series.
In 2013, Chris moved to Austin, where he has been based since, and started Fun Size Riot Films as a vehicle for producing and creating his own digital content.
I chose to direct this film because I believe in the power of film and how one story could affect the lives of another. With this film, we would like to send a clear and loud message that you don’t have to go through life alone. Even when it may feel that way.
