Director Biography - Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor was born on November 4th, 1998 in St. Paul, Minnesota. His family later moved to rural Wisconsin, where his love of reading gradually transformed into a passion for storytelling.

Andrew attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he produced his directorial debut "Fake" as an independent student film. "Fake" was recently named Best Student Film at the Seattle Film Festival, and was an official selection in the Vancouver and Montreal Independent Film Festivals.

"Etiam" is Andrew's second short film, and was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Produced under COVID protocol and with limited resources, the short was filmed over the course of a single day in July of 2021.

Andrew currently resides in the Seattle area as an active participant in its independent filmmaking scene.
