In the late 90’s, an evangelical family is rejected by their community when Viviana, the youngest of the family’s children, becomes pregnant in her adolescence. Maria José, Viviana’s mother, believes that Viviana will be the one to fulfil the biblical prophecy of the second coming of Christ through the birth of her child.

Viviana finds herself caught between the fear from her disreputable pregnancy and the weight of the religious burden upon her, instigated by her mother’s conviction that a miracle is about to happen.

On the day of the much anticipated birth, an unthinkable change sweeps the world, triggering a profound transformation in humanity.
