Beim Ernte x Legal handelt es sich um eine Kooperation zwischen dem Legal-Club in München und dem Ernte-Verein, einem Kunst- und Musikverein aus Österreich, welcher das Ernte-Festival veranstaltet. Ein integraler Teil der Ernte ist das Kurzfilmfestival, bei dem internationale Filme aus allen Genres und Ländern gezeigt werden. Dieses Format sollte nun auch das Legal für einen Abend in ein Kurzfilmkino verwandeln.

Die Filme werden von einer Fachjury gesichtet und in ein Programm kuratiert.
Das Programm lebt von Interaktion, deswegen würden wir uns freuen, FilmemacherInnen von den selektierten Filmen vor Ort begrüßen zu können

Ablauf des Kurzfilmabends:

Gezeigt werden Kurzfilme aus allen Genres und Ländern. Thematische Einschränkung gibt es hierbei keine, lediglich die maximale Länge von 10 Minuten soll nicht überschritten werden.
Wir möchten keine thematischen Beschränkungen vorgeben, sondern dazu einladen, den Film als Medium weiterzudenken und eventuelle Normen und Grenzen zu ignorieren.

Gezeigt werden die Formate digital, Super 8 und 16mm.
Ein Moderationsteam führt durch den Abend und leitet Künstler*innengespräche und Q&As auf der Bühne. Die dadurch entstehende direkte Interaktion mit Filmschaffenden und Künstler*innen aus aller Welt, ist für uns eine willkommene Form, den Club einer internationalen Bühne vorzustellen. Die ausgewählten Filmemacher*innen werden eingeladen, persönlich oder interaktiv teilzunehmen.

Ernte x Legal

Ernte x Legal is a collaboration between the Legal Club in Munich and the Ernte Association, an Austrian arts and music collective that organizes the Ernte Festival. An integral part of the Ernte Festival is the short film festival, which showcases international films from all genres and countries. This format will now transform the Legal Club into a short film cinema for one evening.

The films are reviewed and curated into a program by a panel of experts.
The program thrives on interaction, which is why we look forward to welcoming the filmmakers of the selected films in person at the event.

Short Film Evening Schedule

Short films from all genres and countries will be shown. There are no thematic restrictions, but the maximum length of each film must not exceed 10 minutes.
We aim to encourage filmmakers to rethink film as a medium and to push boundaries, ignoring conventional norms and limitations.

The featured formats include digital, Super 8, and 16mm.
A team of moderators will guide the evening, hosting artist talks and Q&A sessions on stage. This direct interaction with filmmakers and artists from around the world provides a valuable opportunity to present the club as an international stage. Selected filmmakers are invited to participate either in person or interactively.
