Entanglement
Quantum entangled particles are forever linked, no matter their distance in spacetime. Some of us are connected in these mysterious ways.
Like the elusive realm of physics, love often presents itself as deciphered, only to unfold a new universe when a new theory is encountered.
This experimental short film tells a non-dialogue story about a relationship.

Nuno Serrão is a Portuguese photographer and director, born in Madeira Island, who sees emotion, minimalism, logic and curiosity as the building blocks of his creativity. Led by this process, he creates ambiguous non-linear narratives about uncomfortable topics, believing that the answers lie in the realm of non-locality through the sum of relatable questions.
Nuno admits that, even if the perfect answer is like the speed of light, exponentially harder to come close to, and impossible to achieve, nothing will give him more pleasure than to keep trying.
His photography work has been exhibited in various galleries and museums wordwide, including Fotogalerie Friedrichshain in Berlin, the National Museum of Finland in Helsinki, the Museu de Arte Contemporânea in Vigo, and Gallery 46 in London.
His film works have also been awarded in various film festivals worldwide, such as the Aesthetica Film Festival, Caminhos do Cinema Português, FUSO, Inshadow Festival, Amsterdam Independent Film Festival, Annual Copenhagen Film Festival, and LA Experimental Film Festival.
Nuno's clients and collaborations include notable brands such as Adobe and Samsung Electronics, and his work has also been featured in publications such as Expresso, L'Hémcycle, Create! Magazine, Público, Cosmopolitan, Aesthetica Magazine, among many others. He is a nominated Portuguese member of the Creative Europe platform Futures Photography, and Adobe Partner, and is currently represented by the British agency Kintzing for licensing.
