The Democratic Party of Carroll County, the Republican Party of Carroll County, and Indivisible Eureka Springs is inviting high school Civics students county-wide to compete in our non-partisan Civics essay contest in 2021. We are interested in hearing from our younger residents and learning how local high school students in the county see themselves engaging and entering into the political process and civic involvement.

The Democratic Party of Carroll County is motivated to help stir curiosity and motivation for engagement in the political and civic processes, regardless of partisanship! Let’s get young people involved in their communities, and their country’s operations and accomplishments.

To that end, we are sponsoring a nonpartisan video/essay competition with cash prizes for students. Public viewing (presenting the top three (3) winners) to the DPCC Membership and community may occur.
