Encounter

On a sunny Los Angeles day, an elderly woman strolls into a park eager to meet her blind date. When stood up, she stays to read book and enjoy the children who play around.
As dusk overtakes the day and the park empties, she catches a glimpse a heavily tattooed Latino gangster. Now all alone, she readies to leave, but finds herself trapped as the gangster’s friends join him, blocking the way out.
When a man and a dog walk by, she summons the courage to pass by them and leave. The gangsters follow her, and in a turn of events, she is forced to confront her preconceived notions.
