Excellent, just one word describing someone who never gave up, Emmanuel Simms is a graduating senior at the University of the District of Columbia, with a Major in Political Science. After obtaining his BA, he attends to receive his Maters of Arts in Teaching. Emmanuel is currently Mr. senior to his university and Chapter president.
