Organised by the same programmers behind the renowned New Renaissance Film Festival, which is consistently ranked as one of FilmFreeway's top 20 best-reviewed festivals, this is an opportunity to get your work in front of industry professionals and potential collaborators.

Since 2016, NRFF has been dedicated to introducing promising filmmakers and screenwriters to producers and industry professionals to help them advance their careers. In addition, thanks to the generosity of the festival's patron, NRFF London has awarded over £5,000 in cash prizes to emerging talent since 2021. Why should you submit?

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and get recognised for your work! Submit your film or screenplay to the Emerging Talent Film Festival and you could win prestigious laurels, including Finalist, Official Selection, and Winner. These seals of approval can open doors to other festivals and marketing opportunities, helping you to launch your career as a filmmaker or screenwriter.

Some of the films will have the chance to be screened at the festival's live cinema event, giving you the opportunity to showcase your talent to a wider audience and gain valuable exposure.

How does the submission process work?

• Don't limit your creativity, submit to any of our MAIN CATEGORIES or SUB-CATEGORIES that speak to you!
• All submissions will be reviewed by our team, and the best ones will become Finalists, earning a coveted laurel and a chance to compete for Official Selection.
• The films that make it to Official Selection will be recognised with a special laurel and nominated for various awards.
• As a nominee, you'll have the chance to attend the Awards Presentation, where you can connect with fellow creatives. Plus, a selection of nominees will have their films showcased on the big screen during the festival.
• The Winners of each category will be announced at the Awards Presentation and will receive a prestigious Winners Laurel and certificate, proving that they're among the best of the best.
• But the rewards don't stop there - a selection of winners will also be invited to submit their film into NRFF London for the chance to gain access to even more opportunities to grow as artists and filmmakers, and network with industry professionals.
