My name is Elliott Gormley, I am an aspiring Film director, producer and screenwriter.

I was born in Chelsea London (The Worlds End) on February 3rd 1997. I presently living in Oxford in Headington.

I was diagnosed with Autism (Aspergers Syndrome) at the age of three. I was in special schools for special needs and I was struggling at school and couldn't cope in lessons.

At the age of 16, I wanted to be an actor since seeing Robert Englund's performance as Freddy Krueger in the Nightmare on Elm Street series and a few of Robert De Niro Films.

I made my first screen debut at the age of 16 in a short horror film at my school and since then I continued the journey of following my dreams of becoming an actor. I also started writing films and that was when I also developed a passion in writing films and directing films during my times in front of the camera.

During my times in college, I was discouraged in doing a drama course because of my grades were low and believed I wouldn't cope, but I refused to listen and I kept going no matter what.

I had plans to go to film schools and but since I started to learn how to write and started to do my own projects and self teach myself into doing them, I decided to not go to film school since I had a change of plan to write my feature and put into screenwriting competition.

Today I have released two short films "Inspiration" and "The Carten Brothers" which are both on YouTube. I am on post production for another short film called "Reunion" and I will be directing a new short film in 2023 called Regimen and another one in 2024.

I will be writing a feature called "An Emotional Desire" a film based on my life experience and plan to put it into screenwriting competitions and hopefully to further my career and making dreams happen in becoming a film director and work with my favourite heroes.

I would do anything to keep my passion alive and continuing this amazing journey and not let my condition hold me back.
