ELLA MAGE, is a journalist/producer who worked for various international broadcast networks. She has covered the war in Marawi, typhoons, and the war on drugs extensively. She has produced news and documentaries for Al Jazeera, BBC, SBS TV, ARTE to name a few. She directed her first film in 2018, MANANAHI- a story about the war on drugs- which won accolades for the first FSM Film Festival. This same short movie was also an official entry to last year’s Film Festival Manhattan in New York. She’s currently working as a producer for the American media firm, the National Public Radio (NPR) and still dabbles in film once in a while.
