The Sustainable Video Contest is an opportunity for everyone, from young adults (18-35) to organizations, to display their passion for creating a sustainable planet Earth. Whether from the past or future, individuals can show off amazing projects they have completed, or they can pitch the project of their dreams through 3 minute video shorts!

All winners will receive a Certificate of Achievement to acknowledge their hard work and dedication to creating a sustainable planet Earth. Winning videos will also be played at EarthX, the largest environmental show in the world.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive hotel and airfare to Dallas Texas to attend EarthX, the opportunity present their project in the Rotary Village Pavillion, and access to exclusive networking opportunities at EarthX.

Winners from all Rotary, Global Climate Pledge, the United Nations Association, and local Texas applicants will receive additional honorary awards from their respective organizations/ involvement.

Rules & Terms

Rules for video entry:
- Videos should be three (3) minutes or less and are suggested (but not limited to) being about projects related to the aforementioned categories. "Projects" refers to any activity that has been completed, is in the process of being completed, or will be completed that has the overarching goal of helping the environment.
- Video entries should explain what the project, should send a clear message of what category it pertains to, and why the submitter chose said project.
- Videos should present appropriate material that can be viewed in a public setting without causing offense or verbal harm to any group(s) of people*.

Rules for submissions:
- Any individual or organization can submit entries to EcoContest. Individuals can be affiliated with organizations or can be independent entries. Organizations can submit on behalf of the group rather than as a single person.

*Eco-Contest reserves the right to display winning videos which are deemed appropriate and non-offensive to any group or organization. Respect, good intent, and fair judgement will be used in determine the ability to display each winning videos at EarthX and any other event in the future.
