The East Coast Film Festival is an independent film festival for lovers of independent film.

The festival takes place at The Neverland Theatre in Skegness Lincolnshire on the East Coast.

All film genres are accepted at the East Coast Festival. Selected Film makers are invited to attend the screenings and awards ceremony.

Best Short ( Under 45 mins )
Best Short Short ( Under 5 mins )
Best Documentary ( Under 45 mins )
Best Animation Under ( 45 mins )
Best Trailer ( Under 4 mins )

Official Selections are screened live at the festival and winning film makers are presented with awards certificates.

Filmmakers submitting to the East Coast Film Festival must own all rights over their work including relevent licenses for music and stock footage and take all responsibility for such.

All films must have been made in or after 2014 and have English subtitles ( except for music videos and unless English is the main language spoken. )

By submitting, the filmmaker allows East Coast Film Festival to create a page for their film without infringing copyright of any kind of form. Any violations of that agreement will result in immediate disqualification from the festival.

Officially selected films will be entered into the running for awards. Trailers for the selected films will be available and promoted on our website and social media pages.

The winning film makers will be notified no less than 10 days prior to the screening event and official invites will be issued.

Winning films and officialy selected films will be issues with festival laurels which can be used for promotion and accolation.

Each submission will be reviewed by two reviewers.

Judging decisions are final.

Submissions that are found to have violated any of the Eligibility Requirements listed above may be disqualified at any time by East Coast Film Festival.
