Director Statement

we live where propaganda, fake news and lies has more value than truth. News are fictionalized and served as FACTS and we consume those "facts". it is so sad that consuming "facts" from unreliable source, such as news channels, social medias, political/religious ideologies leaves most of the humans as blinds.
Rise of the social media platforms on the other hand exposed the Narcissistic nature of civilized apes. i have realized after some years that Even the Display PIcture is a big lie for most of the accounts on the social media on various platforms.
I have decided to write Earthworms when i was furious about the amount of fake newses i have to cross through while searching on televison, internet and mobile . I wrote the first draft in 6 days and it took couple of months to complete the screenplay and took three more months to start rehersals.
I chose fly-on-the-wall treatment because;
ofcourse the plot demands so and also to make an impact of a video chat to the spectators.
90% of the movie was shot on GoPro hero7 in a single take.
