Now in our seventh year, ECFF has become an annual fixture on the Earl’s Court cultural calendar. In previous festivals, we have shown film shorts to full capacity audiences at all venues, including the Gala and Awards evening, which has consistently attracted an audience of over 400 people.
Earl’s Court is an incredibly cinematic district with fantastic venues for screening films, and at this year’s Earl’s Court Film Festival in November 2021, an annual celebration of the short film genre, we will launch the outstanding work of emerging film makers to large audiences.
In the beginning we wanted to make films, so we approached emerging films makers from London Film School to tell their stories on our streets and so it all began….
Earl’s Court Film Festival (ECFF) continues to support film makers with grants, location and production office support, as well as accepting short film entries for screening at ECFF in Earl’s Court’s wonderful cinematic venues.
Some of our Earl’s Court short films have been selected at other film festivals such as Tribeca, Sundance and BAFTA qualifying festivals and helped launch the careers of talented film makers across the globe.
We are open to short films from all genres. This includes drama, comedy, horror & sci-f, documentary, experimental, animation, music, viral and low-budget work.
