Director Statement

I make films because in my own small way, I want to entertain, inform and engage an audience and try to make a difference in the social. I like to tell stories about certain misconceptions in the society.

Etin was birthed out of a heart of transformation of the average child in the society whose parents constantly abuse psychologically. It's a story that tells about the aftermath effect of our actions as parents to our children. The mind of a child is always receptive from whatever events that happens around them and every parents holds it as a duty to protect the child socially, mentally, psychologically and physically.

I hope this film don't just entertain but rather transform the abusive pattern of marriage and correct the misconception of what people tag "An African Man". A home should do be built on love, tolerance, patience & understanding; not just for the sake of a happy home but for the sake of the child and the society.
