Actually, co-directors. Robert Proctor, for many years at CNN and Lee worked together on this film. I am really more of a writer. Robert was terrific in finding how to insert the dolls into the space where the actors appeared in the Zoom session. He filmed the session and I sent him a downloaded copy from the Zoom session that I hosted.
Amazing group of actors. Jeff, with his Parkinson. He told me the week before he could not swing a golf club that day. He is a very good golfer. Olivia is a born actor. Her mother, Sophia, a wonderful actor, also appeared in the film. Olivia has Down Syndrome. Henry, with his million dollar smile, is autistic. Paul (Jeff VanDavis, a writer, producer, and a brilliant man) has Post-Polio Syndrome. He had Polio twice as a child. And yours truly, well, 65% hearing in my only ear that sort of works-birth defect. Makes for interesting rehearsals and a few laughs in the process. Thanks so much for letting us work as a team. It was a wonderful experience. Lee Kitchen
