Director Biography - Daniel Thomas Stroh

Daniel Thomas Stroh (b. 1989) is a director with a wide palette of experiences. Besides extensive work in music videos and commercials for Eyk Studios, Stroh has previously directed and produced three short films, which made their way to the Danish short film 'best of'-list Ekko Shortlist. These three shorts were "Ved Siden af Vejen" (2013), "Himlen Brænder" (2014)" og the latest in "Den Som Flyver" (2018), which succeeded in staying in the top 10 for 14 weeks. "Den Som Flyver" is the first of his short films, which clearly show Stroh's ambitions in relation to narrative and aesthetics. With ECHO (2020), he has sought to push himself to go even further with inspirations as diverse as "Moonlight", "Chungking Express" and "Victoria".
