İlyas is a teacher in his 30s who is not appointed. Although he gets enough degrees in the exams, he cannot be successful in the interviews. He constantly visits the state employment agency.
While the process of searching for jobs in different fields is prolonged, the pressure from family and environment increase day by day. Finally, İlyas begins to focus on a more dramatic solution.
