It’s Very Hard to Qualify Myself. I’ll Be as Succinct as Possible:
I Grew Up in Ocean City, Nj. Only Child. Parents Divorce at 15. I have been a Visual Artist since I could hold a pencil. I have consistently used film & art to escape & investigate my life.
I made movies on camcorders with my cousins. I trained at the William Esper Acting Conservatory (Grad. 2014). I have worked professionally as an Actor & Director in theatre since 2014 in New York & regionally. I am the Creative Director of Quintessence Theatre in Philadelphia. I see the world as a series of tableaus & I create narratives for them.
I am grateful that you are here. And that I am too.
The only way I’ve ever figured anything out is through creating art. I want to explore narcissism, being in love with myself and my art (hating myself and my art), how that love could kill me, isolate me, make me lie and cheat, make me do anything so I can exist in my art and not reality. I love myself. I hate myself. I deserve everything. I deserve nothing. Those things all feel true, and I would like to wrestle with that idea through the stories I tell and the characters I create.
