Dreams Come True

“Dreams Come True” is a short documentary film about Raul Morales, an immigrant from Michoacan, Mexico, who, as a child always had dreams and came to the United States to realise his dreams. With many difficulties and barriers, such as the language, he had to work hard. In his past Raul washed cars, did cleaning jobs, was a butcher, kitchen helper and now has the fortune to share one of his recipes for his well known “tacos al pastor”.

Director Biography - Miguel Angel Lopez Rojas

Miguel Angel Lopez Rojas was born on October 13, 1998 in Palm Beach, Florida, to Monica and Miguel, who are both from Mexico. He also has a younger brother, Juan Pablo.

Since his birth, Miguel has had the opportunity to live around the world. Living and studying in different countries allowed him to meet people from all parts of the world, influenced and made him the person he is today.

Miguel began to develop an interest in filmmaking in his early teenage years whilst living in Paris. In his free time he would make short stop animation videos with his brother and that later developed into creating short cinematic travel films. Throughout his teen years, filmmaking was simply a hobby but as time went by his passion and interest in the world of film grew. After graduating from an international school in Switzerland, Miguel decided to pursue his dream and study Film & Television Production.
