Paddy Dowling is a globally renowned British Humanitarian Photojournalist. His documentary photojournalism for The Independent newspaper - London, UN Agencies, Global Foundations & International NGO's highlights the struggle of refugees, IDPs and children facing barriers to education. He holds a certificate of completion at Safer Edge HEAT 2018 and is often commissioned to high risk & hostile environments.
