Dream and Cyan Sky

"Dream and Cyan Sky" is an original story based on students' personal experiences. In order to complete the design on the drawing, Thread finds four other friends, which are pigment, bamboo, cloth and glue. Five friends together to complete the design -- a huge kite, finally in the morning on the hill, we fly the kite together, four friends looking at the line sitting on the kite to fly away. Kite is not only a kite, it is carrying the dream and friendship of five small partners, everyone has a common dream to come together, and finally fly the dream. Flying kites is the end and the starting point. People will eventually part, but their steps will not stop. Their own kites will carry them to where they want to go.

Director Statement

The inspiration of "Dream and Cyan Sky" comes from the personal experiences of the group students. Due to some reasons, one of my friends left the studio. Soon we will graduate from the university, and we will all go to our own path. We want to express through this short film that we are brought together by chance. Although it will happen sooner or later, the emotion and dream will stay with us all our lives. We will take them with us to our own road and realize our dreams.
