Raza Tariq is a London based writer and director working to make important, poignant and powerful films. Brought up in a British-Pakistani household, with his mother an artist and his father a photographer, Raza had high exposure to the arts from a young age. He decided to follow the path of being a filmmaker at 11 years of age, making five short films to date. The most notable of those being 'Jamal,' which was accepted into the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner; and was also part of the Official Selection for NFFTY 2018 in Seattle, the biggest film festival for under 25s in the world.
