Down the Bayou

Mother Goose gets into the medicine cabinet in this impish, sinister and truly homemade fairy tale set in the Lafourche Parish area of south Louisiana.

The insecure Erika (Manon Pages) is unhappy when her boyfriend Andy (Jeff Pearson) joins his bad influence of a best friend Juban (Jansen Nunez) on a night out in the remote “town” of Gheens, Louisiana. But while Erika fears Andy may fall under the influence of another girl, the dangers awaiting the boys down the bayou are far stranger than sane imaginations could guess at -- and things only get stranger when Erika determines to follow in their footsteps.

"...a horror masterpiece! Down the Bayou is incredibly well built, from camerawork to performances.”
