Pioneering dance as a transformative catalyst for societal evolution

I am a Franco-Moroccan filmmaker, dancer, and passionate storyteller dedicated to exploring the transformative power of movement, art, and human connection. In 2023, I directed and produced Danse Demain (Dance Tomorrow), a documentary essay that invites individuals and organizations to reimagine the role of dance as a universal language and a solution to mental and physical health challenges. Since its release, the film has ignited a global movement, bringing together a diverse, interdisciplinary community committed to shaping healthier, more connected societies through the power of dance.
Before embarking on my artistic journey, I spent eight years in the corporate world, working in banking and consulting in Paris. My personal experience with burnout became a turning point in my life, inspiring me to explore the healing potential of movement and its ability to reconnect us with ourselves and others. Today, I combine my background in business with my passion for art to create meaningful projects that inspire transformation on both individual and societal levels.
I founded HUMAN·A·YA, an organization that empowers human development through art, movement, and science, working with corporations, universities, and health systems worldwide. Through workshops, lectures, and immersive experiences, I guide people toward creative expression, well-being, and innovation.
My work has been featured internationally in France, the US, Belgium, Morocco, and beyond, with screenings of Danse Demain in universities, dance schools, and healthcare institutions. As a public speaker, I’ve shared my vision for integrating dance into education, healthcare, and other public systems, addressing audiences in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic.
I hold certifications in professional coaching, mindfulness facilitation, and somatic practices, blending science and art to create spaces for healing, creativity, and connection. When I’m not creating or collaborating, you’ll find me salsa dancing, traveling, or writing, always exploring new ways to express the languages of the soul.
