Don't Litter in Prospect Park

A trio of greasers attempt a sadistic takeover of Prospect Park to make it more mean. Little do they know an obsessively anti-littering madman lurks in the woods preying on them.

What inspired this film? On April 20th 2021, Prospect Park was horribly vandalized. Every trash can was kicked over and litter was scattered onto multiple fields and thrown into the dog pond. Park goer and local filmmaker Christopher Wells joined the cleanup effort which motivated him to make a film focusing on this important social issue by way of B-horror absurdity.

“I have a very low opinion of those who litter so I made my characters complete idiots. I don’t mind shaming litterbugs” - Wells.

Director Statement

I made Don't Litter in Prospect Park!! because I was so angry that someone would vandalize the park and as a filmmaker I was motivated to produce my film.
