Donne Ngabo is a 19-Year-old screenwriter and director from Brisbane, Australia. He sees storytelling as an educational tool but also as a way of making audiences question important aspects of their lives.
Donne is a Zambian-born Rwandan who migrated to Brisbane, Australia at the age of 11. After completing high school, Donne found his calling in storytelling through Acting. He discovered the possibilities and depth that laid within writing and directing.
Donne began acting in various independent films but felt the need to share stories that related to the depth of African perspectives that are often marginalised. In 2020, Donne was accepted into the prestigious performing arts school, WAAPA where he is currently completing his BA in Acting
