The Mobile Boat Clinic is an innovative project, providing health care to isolated villages without access to health services, by an international group of doctors visiting by boat. After auscultation, Doctor Phetsamone decided to practice a cataract operation on an old woman. He is one of the few doctors who can practice such an operation in Laos

Kiyé Simon Luang is a french-lao director. He arrived at France in 1976 thanks to a french NOG, Enfants du Mékong.
In 2003, he won the CNC First Screenplay Trophies with "Tao", a feature film. In 2005, "L’île éphémère", at the frontiers of experimental video, was well broadcast. "Ici prend fin l'exil", his first documentary retraces his story. Kiyé Simon Luang's latest film, "Good bye Mister Wong", was released on cinema screens at the end of 2021. The film was selected for the Fid Festival in Marseille in 2020.
