Born in Irkutsk, Dmitry is a young filmmaker whose work is rooted in his diverse life experiences. From a childhood on the streets of Irkutsk to a disciplined education at a music boarding school, followed by the cadet corps and service in the Semenovsky Regiment, Dmitry's journey has shaped his strong sense of discipline, resilience, and dedication. These values continue to influence his approach to both filmmaking and life.

Dmitry is passionate about exploring themes of friendship, betrayal, and the complexities of growing up. His films often delve into the emotional world of youth, capturing the intensity of first love, the struggles of adolescence, and the formative challenges young people face.

Driven by a desire to create authentic, emotionally resonant work, Dmitry encourages collaboration and creativity on set, believing that the best results come from a passionate, innovative team environment. His mission is to bring a new energy to children's and youth cinema, breaking conventions and addressing the universal issues young people face with honesty and depth.
