Max Firinu was born in 1982 in Turin, Italy. Following a Master Degree in Literature & Philosophy (Communication and mass media cultures), Firinu had already worked on several short films and experimental videoclips mainly for indipendent music artists (such as Kentin Jivek, Ural, Aendlex). His first short film "La maschera (The mask)" was presented at Piemonte Film Festival 2009. His last work "Liminalità (Liminality), an experimental silent short film, was streamed in several festivals around the world, such as One Earth Award, and Lift-Off Film Festival. Firinu has also published a variety of literature, short stories and mostly poetry.
When Stefano Italiano, alias Bradac, main composer and founding member of italian cault gothic-rock band Dismal, was looking for some help in the production of a new videoclip, Stefano and Max had, at last, the chance of working together, altough they have been knowing each other for over two decades, involved somehow only in music interests and works.
That's why the two friends has chosen to direct and write the videoclip together, and it seems this has been a great benefit for the final product, when the two directors found themselves perfectly satisfied of the result.
