[Work In Progress] Dirty Kitchen

Traditionally a dirty kitchen is an outdoor kitchen adjacent to a household to prevent unwanted smells from permeating the main house.

Dirty Kitchen follows part of the journey of award winning, NYC-based chef Neil Syham as he brings Filipino food into NYC from the outside via his own modern American take on traditional Filipino cuisine.
