Silvana Beline has a doctorate and a master's degree in sociology, graduated in law and social sciences. Has experience in the areas of law with emphasis on gender relations.
She is currently an adjunct professor in the law course at the Federal University of Goiás in Brazil and is working the audiovisual narrative as a possible intertextuality between making cinema to think about gender relations and law.
The movie shows that the posture of indigenous Diriti by doing the Ritchoko, a typical doll, has a fundamental social capital for the development of individual life seeking their own economic subsistence insofar as this posture also changes the very collective by transmitting knowledge that keeps the culture preserved. Thus, the making of the doll can be identified as a possibility of maintaining the culture of the Karajá people together with the subsistence of women always in a logic of seeking recognition while dispensing with redistribution.
