Director Biography - Birdjan Kadriov, Emral Kadriov

Emral Kadriov (born May 5, 2000) and Birdjan Kadriov (born May 31, 1997) in Macedonia are two Macedonian filmmakers brothers living in Switzerland since 2002.

In 2014, the two brothers founded the independent filmmakers' collective Exit Void, which has been working since then to create short films. Exit Void stands out for its great mastery of directing and narrative, its beautiful social and human sensitivity combined with dark humour.

The films of Noé, Sono, Kusturica and Tarkovsky are sources of inspiration for the two young directors, to which they occasionally make reference in their works.
