Submission Guidelines for the Dionysus Erotic Film Festival
We welcome filmmakers from around the world to submit their compelling works to the Dionysus Erotic International Film Festival. Both professional and amateur filmmakers are invited to participate.
2. Submission Process:
Submissions should be made through Filmfreeway platform.
Provide a secure online screener (Vimeo, YouTube, or other streaming platforms) with English subtitles if the film is not in English.
Include a brief synopsis, genre, and any relevant production details.
3. Rights and Permissions:
By submitting your film, you grant the Dionysus Erotic Film Festival the non-exclusive right to screen your film during the festival without any screening fee.
We reserve the right to use excerpts or stills from your film for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
4. Submission Fee:
We are proud to offer a fee-free submission process, ensuring accessibility for all filmmakers.
5. Submission Deadlines:
Early submissions are encouraged.
6. Selection and Notification:
Films will be reviewed by our programming team, and selected participants will be notified via email.
Due to the volume of submissions, only selected filmmakers will be contacted.
7. Language:
Films not in English must have English subtitles.
8. Formats:
Preferred formats for exhibition are digital files (e.g., MP4, MOV) with a resolution of 1080p or higher.
9. Copyright:
Filmmakers are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, clearances, and permissions for the content and materials used in their films.
10. Festival Participation:
If selected, your film will be screened during the Dionysus Erotic Film Festival.
