Dimension Slip
Kate is feeling frustrated with her life, her mental health is also not helping as she keep getting seizures and visions of someone who looks just like her. Her double’s name is Hannah and she is all that Kate has ever aspired to be: a successful executive in a pharmaceutical company.
One night, Kate is overcome by dizziness, and she wakes up on Hannah’s floor. When Hannah’s brother Jack arrives, she tries to explain that she is not Hannah, but Jack is convinced that his sister is having one of her psychotic episodes. Later that night she encounters a scientist called Nickolei, who explains to her that in a mysterious way Hannah managed to switch their dimension to save herself from an attempt murder.
He promises Kate her that if she finds out who tried to murder Hannah he will be able to return them both to their own worlds. Kate assumes Hannah’s identity so that she can catch the murderer. It dawns on her that she has several strong suspects: an addicted bother, an abusive boyfriend and a harasser boss.

Barbara Toschi is a Brazilian director and producer based in London. As a producer, she is the responsible for the short film “Mea Culpa”, winner of seven awards in festivals all over the world and the horror feature film “Daemon Mind”, starring Acha Septriasa, Jasmine Blackborrow, Sam Marks and Zephryn Taitte, with distribution confirmed in Indonesia and US for 2024. Her accomplishments as a director are “Dear Friends and Family”, winner of Best International Short Film at Olympus Film Festival, Best Original Score at Feel the reel Film Festival and nominated for Best Directing at the BAFTA Qualifying Underwire Film Festival in London and "Call me Lina", semi-finalist at the Oscar qualifying Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival. She recently directed her debut feature, the Sci-Fi thriller “Dimension Slip”, which Premiered at the Oscar Qualifying Flickers' Rhode Island Film Festival and has release schedule for 2024. Barbara is currently on development for the next project, the serial killer film Christine.
