Director Biography - John F Ahearn, Jack F Ahearn

John F. Ahearn was raised in Marshfield, MA in Boston's South Shore.

His mother, Ruth Ahearn, shared her love for the story in front of the camera as a classic film buff adoring Doris Day, Jimmy Stewart and all the greats.

His father, Thomas Ahearn, shared his love for the creative process behind the camera having spent a career as an electrical engineer in Boston's local TV and Radio industry.

Early on, John attained an undergraduate degree in Finance at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

After a career in financial services, John re-steered the ship and in December 2021 completed NYU Tisch's Film and TV Industry Essentials online program.

John’s wonderful kids are now out of high school and pursuing their new career dreams.
