Lucas Bryant is a American short film director and writer. He was born in Red Wing, Minnesota (1994). Lucas began his film career aspirations in college at The University of South Dakota. After moving back to Minnesota, he wrote and directed 'Dial'. Lucas Bryant currently lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Dial is about putting light on a subject we tend to shy away from, mental health, by focusing our attention to helping ourselves and others. Mental health and depression is different for everyone but difficult for everyone. This film puts a focus on the inner voice inside our heads and battling with those thoughts day in and day out. This film is meant for the audience to feel ready to take the next step and help others before that inner voice becomes stronger.
