Desperate Times
When Jamie's workplace gets quarantined for two weeks during the Covid-19 pandemic, she is forced to sell off an old family heirloom to help pay for her sick mother's hospital bills. An everyday encounter forms an unexpected connection as Jamie deals with grief in a way she never has before.
