Dents Along The Tree’s Weathered Wall
At first glance you were a wonderland
Full of experience
a wow factor
But To me you weren't right
To me you were a blemish
To me you were a mess
To me you could've been better
But soon you imprinted a new image in my head
Something worth hurting myself for
Something that would strip me of what was me
But i was blinded and i took the fall
Your soul now stares back At the crossed out image of my torn skin
Extant yet truly appears fading to gray
You cry in agony, pleading to be let back in-
-To the dazzling spectrum that you held up as the chin
While your retro presence decays
A scornful polaroid cruelly acquires its stay
Among a wall with another who has taken the same fate
